    CNTAP rolls out across the Liberian teacher corps — micro-credentials, classroom-tech certifications, leadership tracks, AI-in-education modules.

An auxiliary of CEPRES International University — a fully operating university in Liberia.

NCETI is the school-system arm of Cepres Group of Schools Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA (January 2023), as an auxiliary of CEPRES International University. CIU has run faculty programs in Public Health, Environmental Sciences, Education, Agriculture and Public Administration since 2014 — and partnered with EON Reality to bring XR education to Liberia. NCETI extends that work down through every level of the school system.
